ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
unless one of the following
* Damaged product- the product is damaged or defective.
* Wrong product- I received the wrong product.
Return Conditions
-All products must be returned within 14 days after order date.
- All products are unworn and unwashed.
- The original OGCK tags are still attached to the product.
- The costs for returning products to our office are for the customer.
- All products must be returned in their original packaging.
Exchange and refund
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund if the product is defective, we offer an exchange for unworn items that are returned in their original condition and packaging, with the return form completed in full. Please note that all responsible return charges apply to the customer. Refunds and exchanges are only given on items that are returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Items returned as defective and showing signs of damage that are not due to a manufacturing defect will not be accepted. This also applies to accidental, malicious or carrier-bound damage. Once we have received and approved your return, it will take approximately 5 working days to process your refund, depending on the processing times of the applicable financial institutions.
